2. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
2.1) RECOILER FOR SLITTING LINE
having the following features:
- Hydraulic expansion
- Mandrel with = 1.300 mm, diameter 508 mm with clamp (left-right direction).
- On board gearbox, oil immersed.
- Expeller, hydraulic
- Separator arm, hydraulic, equipped with adjustable safety pressure relief valve
for automatic lift.
- On board hydraulic equipment with actuators connected to the valves
- Electric oil station with valves on board, voltage 24 VDC
- On board electric equipment connected to a box on board (motors and encoder
will be not connected).
- Rotation motor AC 30 kW-50 Hz suitable for inverter drive. Servo ventilation.
Encoder.
- Coupling with disk brake and pneumatic stationary brake.
- Planetary gearbox.
- Safety guard on coupling.
The machines is offered ready to install, including painting blue coulour RAL 5009
and Orange RAL 1028 or other at customer’s choice.
2.2) DISCHARGE COIL CAR
Overfloor coil car, “L” type, having the following features:
Coil weight: 8 t
Useful width: 1.350 mm
Hydraulic motor with planetary gearbox.
Hydraulic cylinder.
Vertical stroke = 400 mm
Horizontal stroke: 3.500 mm
The machines is offered ready to install, including:
-Electric valve installed on board the recoiler, voltage 24 VDC.
- Overcenter valve (safety valve).

9. GUARANTEE:
12 months from the delivery.
Guarantee is released under the standard condition of UCIMU (Italian machine tool
manufacturer association). Are covered by the guarantee, the material only, delivered
Ex Works. For commercial parts are valid the same guarantee conditions of the
producers.
Are not covered by the guarantee the parts in direct contact with the material (rolls,
shear’s knives,...)
The guarantee is released against all defects except the damage due to misuse use or
mis-installation, if not done under our supervision
